Storage and aerodynamics
I am the owner of an HPVelo Grasshopper and have been thinking of retrofitting my bike with a tail box that would enclose my panniers within it for practical purposes. I don’t know if I want to make it myself. Is there a place that specializes in making these fairings? I live in the Daly City of the SF Bay Area.
