Steve Grimmer’s Photo Contest Entry
I commute year-round, every day, in Winnipeg, Manitoba. It can be +40C in the summer, and -40 in the winter, and it’s usually windy here on the prairie, but that makes up for the lack of hills! Every day in every season I see something new on my commute, but winter is the best time to ride because I feel like I’m on top of the world.

You’re hardcore Steve. I thought it got cold here in MI.
Man, god bless you. Hardcore is right! Love it.
Hey Steve
I ride year round in Winnipeg too. In the last 2 years the number of bikes I see in the winter has increased dramatically. It feels good to not be the only weirdo.
Sounds like there will be no river trail this year, too bad.
Keep turning the crank!
