      Just a note. Rodney Moseman owned a local bike shop in SE PA for many years before retiring. You’ll note the logo ‘MOSEMAN’ on the down tube. I’m assuming, knowing that he spends a bit of time in retirement riding tandem with his wife that this in one and the same. The logo, I’m sure, indicates that he hand built this frame as he has many others. Looking good!
