Brita Climate Ride Expands to California

The Brita Climate Ride is a 5-day, fully supported, charity fundraising ride designed to raise awareness of the issues surrounding climate change and the benefits of renewable energy. This September, the Ride returns for its third year and expands to California with a scenic route that starts near Eureka and ends in San Francisco. According to Caeli Quinn, co-founder and director, “Climate Ride is an extraordinary way for climate influencers, community connectors, bike advocates, and the general public to mix and mingle while pedaling along the scenic California Coast.” To participate, each participant pays a $75 registration fee and fundraises at least $2400. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, Green America, and 1Sky. Registration is now open for the California Ride.
