    I’m sure the epoxied ballbearing inside the headset prevents a lot of stolen headsets. But what do you do if you need to adjust the headset?

    I wonder how stolen bike *parts* compare to stolen *bikes*?

    Hal’s fantastic. I lived in NY for six years and spent untold hours chatting with him. He’s such a city guy, but I I’d see him everywhere in a 200 mile radius of New York on a bike. Cruising along in eastern PA; Oh, hey Hal. Some back road upstate; look, it’s Hal.
