I can’t let April 1st go by without acknowledging Sheldon Brown and his hilarious bike part parodies. Sadly, Sheldon passed away last year, so we won’t have a new April Fool’s “ShelBroCo” product to enjoy this year, but today is a good day to look back and remember the master and his wonderful sense of humor.

I always loved the ShelBroCo Chain Cleaning System, although I think the deluxe model should include an ultrasonic cleaner, a barrel of trichloroethane, and a hazmat suit.
Absolutely! Sheldon’s April Fool’s gags were the first thing that came to my mind this morning when I realized that today is April 1st.
He is definitely missed by many for so many reasons.
I learnt building wheels from his page. But I didn´t know this bike parodies, they are great !!
