“light on your feet” at the moment of human conception a fiery flash appears..is this the infusion of the human soul into the human embroyo?
an extinguished sole is what i had til along came the bicycle into my life..and recently on
a hiking trip, inspiration that i needed 2 different shoes for my asymmetrical feet.
now i feel that “light” emanating from my soles. i suppose it’s like 2 sticks rubbed together.
2 feet rubbing elbows so to speak with the good earth produces a spark, and the mind/body
connection is all the more brightened.
I found the video humorous, but of course I also happen to agree that all but one human culture is on the verge of extinction; a tragedy in the making every bit as important as the extinction of other species.
I find it very telling that my students today can’t even conceive of a lifestyle other than their own car-centric existence. That’s an indication of how thoroughly other cultures have been stamped out.
